Easy Returns

While we stand behind the quality of every product we sell, we understand that sometimes expectations change.

That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.

If you wish to return an item within 30 days of receiving it, email us at support@grillgo.shop with your order number and we will provide detailed return instructions.

Return Conditions

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

  • Returned items must be in “Like New” condition, including original packaging and accessories.

  • “Like New” means no visible signs of wear or use.

    Items that do not meet this standard will not be accepted and will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and issue your refund if approved.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Note the damage immediately upon delivery.

  2. Take clear photos of the damage.

  3. Email them to support@grillgo.shop the same day.

In these cases, GrillGo covers return shipping costs and will replace or refund the item.

Please keep all original packaging — it is required for return processing.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

  • Before shipment: full refund.

  • After shipment: cancellation falls under the 30-day return policy and return shipping fees apply.


Additional Notes

  • If a specific product has different return conditions, this will be stated clearly on its product page.

  • Certified pre-owned or used items are not eligible for return.

  • Products purchased for temporary or one-time use (events, exhibitions, promotions, etc.) are not returnable under any circumstance.
